beauty industry. The need for creative, highly skilled Cosmetologists is
increasing everyday.

field of cosmetology is for you.
Professional Cosmetology Education Center, Inc. (PCEC) was founded in
1979 to fulfill the growing need for an outstanding school where individuals
can train to become licensed cosmetologists. In 2002 we relocated to El
Dorado to better meet the needs of our surrounding communities. Our El
Dorado school is 15,000 square feet located in
Mellor Park Mall
on North West
Avenue that is well equipped with the most up to date, functional equipment
available. In addition to providing training in Cosmetology and Instructor
training, the school is also concerned with the personal growth and well being
of its students. Trained by an experienced faculty of Professionals our
students are prepared to enter the cosmetology profession with confidence
and ability. The schools principles are high, its discipline firm, and dedication
sincere. The rewards are many for those who will meet the challenges of, and
successfully complete the training program.
What should you expect from your Cosmetology education? First of all, you
will need training in skills and related theory knowledge required to pass the
Arkansas State Board licensing exam. We constantly assist our students in
developing a professional manner and a personal code of ethics relating to
employers, co-workers, fellow students and instructors. We stress the
importance of continuing education after being licensed, and our competent
professional staff work individually and as a team to train competent, skilled
students prepared to successfully enter the work field upon licensing.
